Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This remote position requires a proven closer with a strong track record in sales and the ability to operate independently. If you have a passion for driving results and can effectively manage your home office to meet sales goals with minimal interaction with other team members, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to close deals.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract finalization.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and progress.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while staying aligned with company goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the industry.
• Strong closing skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
• A well-equipped home office with a reliable internet connection.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Outreach.io, and auto-dialer technology
• High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
