What You’ll Do:
- Sell specialized logistics solutions including LTL, FTL, and hotshot freight
- Manage and grow your existing book of business while prospecting new opportunities
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored transportation solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time, reliable delivery
- Stay on top of your pipeline using CRM tools and performance metrics
- Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and drive
- 2+ logistics sales experience (LTL, FTL, or hotshot required)
- Existing book of business to bring with you on Day 1
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Independent, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Tech-savvy with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
