What You’ll Do:
- Manage leads and plan daily activities using the CRM system.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive new and repeat sales.
- Set and achieve sales targets for new and used equipment.
- Follow sales processes, including CRM updates and paperwork completion.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Stay up to date on product, market, and industry trends.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand networks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record.
- High school diploma required.
- Relationship-driven, outgoing, personable, and motivated to succeed.
- Knowledge of agriculture and construction equipment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using a CRM system for tracking leads and sales activities.
