This is an excellent opportunity for experienced over-the-road drivers who want to share their knowledge while enjoying a stable schedule. This is not an OTR position—you’ll be home every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Demonstrate safe operation of automatic transmission tractor-trailers in various driving environments, including highways, city streets, daytime, nighttime, and adverse weather conditions.
  • Train students on the use of onboard communication and routing systems.
  • Reinforce safe driving practices and regulatory compliance throughout the training program.
  • Evaluate student progress, provide coaching, and complete performance assessments.
  • Maintain accurate student records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive learning environment.

  • Active Class A CDL.
  • Minimum 3 years of recent, verifiable over-the-road (OTR) driving experience within the last 10 years.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Clean background, drug screen, and motor vehicle record.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Patient, professional, and passionate about helping others learn.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
