Recourse Communications is partnering with a leading equipment provider to find a Customer Account Manager who knows how to close deals, build long-term customer loyalty, and bring their book of business with them. What You’ll Do:

  • Call on construction companies to grow and manage your territory.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and rental goals using proven processes and CRM tools.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences from first contact through follow-up.
  • Manage quotes, paperwork, and account activity with accuracy and speed.
  • Build long-term relationships that turn first-time buyers into repeat customers.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth and professional customer journey.
  • Stay active in the industry: attend trade shows, stay informed, and keep learning.

What You’ll Need:
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in construction equipment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • An outgoing, relationship-driven personality with a hunger to succeed.
  • Your own book of business—and the drive to grow it further.
  • Knowledge of local construction companies and decision-makers is a big plus.
