We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years in corporate recruiting to manage up to 15 open roles at a time. You’ll source candidates, partner with hiring managers, and represent our company at schools, career fairs, and community events.
What You’ll Do
- Source, cold call, and present candidates professionally.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition to offer.
- Partner with technical schools, colleges, and high schools.
- Attend and coordinate career fairs.
- Track vacancies and provide weekly hiring reports.
- Occasionally work onsite to understand business needs.
- Ensure compliance with HR laws and best practices.
