Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all store operations with a focus on increasing sales and profitability.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, responsibility, and excellence in daily operations.
- Ensure grocery and fresh departments are well-stocked, clean, and customer-ready.
- Oversee ordering and inventory levels to maintain stock consistency and reduce shrink.
- Drive department profitability through strategic inventory control and margin management.

- Execute catering and special order processes with precision and timeliness.

- Monitor all aspects of pricing, product rotation, cleanliness, shrinkage scanning, and stock organization.

- Handle performance reviews, employee coaching, and discipline in coordination with department leadership.
- Manage opening and closing responsibilities and ensure store readiness.
- Provide support at front-end registers, including transaction management and customer concerns.
- Promote a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and store offerings.
Store Director Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of grocery retail experience required, (volume over $25M).
- At least 3 years of experience in a store director or similar leadership role.
- Food safety certifications (as required by local/state law) must be maintained and up to date.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and customer service excellence.
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, hiring, and team development. Must be able to lead, manage, direct and delegate.
- Financial acumen and a track record of accountability in managing store performance.
Store Manager Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in a grocery retail environment, (volume over $25M), with a proven track record in store management.
- Ability to obtain and maintain food safety certifications as required by law.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to lead, manage, direct and delegate.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
