Retail Sales & Merchandising Supervisor

What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Oversee merchandising, promotional displays, freight flow, and inventory.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team development.
- Ensure company standards for sales, merchandising, and operations are met.
- Lead opening and closing procedures and serve as manager-in-charge when needed.
- Support loss prevention and physical inventory activities.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience in a lead or supervisory role.
- Experience achieving sales and customer service goals.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
