Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and analytically driven Program Manager to support the growth and execution of a major aerospace engine tooling program.

This role is responsible for driving program performance, market share growth, pricing strategy, and cross-functional execution across sales, supply chain, logistics, and customer support teams. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with analytical capability and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed aerospace environment.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external OEM partners to support program strategy, improve operational execution, and drive measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business profitability and market share objectives
  • Build program plans including timelines, milestones, resource coordination, and execution priorities
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, pricing, and competitive intelligence to support program direction
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Support teams to drive program success
  • Support initiatives focused on improving win rates, pricing competitiveness, and customer experience

Program Execution & Performance

  • Monitor program financial performance including revenue, profitability, market share, and delivery metrics
  • Forecast demand and recommend strategic adjustments based on market and operational trends
  • Manage program activities throughout the lifecycle from planning through implementation and launch
  • Identify risks, operational challenges, and mitigation strategies to maintain program performance
  • Lead program review meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure program effectiveness and growth

Relationship & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build collaborative relationships with aerospace OEMs and strategic partners
  • Support commercial and operational alignment across multiple functional teams
  • Interpret agreements, contracts, and licensing requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, deliverables, and execution priorities
  • Support customer engagement strategies and continuous improvement initiatives


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, business strategy, aerospace operations, or related fields
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, forecasting, and data analysis
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and transform findings into actionable strategies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong accountability and ownership


Preferred Experience

  • Aerospace, aviation, tooling, OEM, or MRO industry experience
  • Experience supporting complex technical or licensed product programs
  • Exposure to pricing strategy, market analysis, or customer lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with SQL, data mining, or analytical modeling tools
  • Python experience is a plus
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
