Recourse Communications has partnered with an industry leader in advanced manufacturing to find a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II. If you're an experienced multi-craft mechanic with a strong background in injection molding maintenance, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a company that values expertise and career advancement.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up, install, and remove molds for various plastic parts.
- Start up and shut down injection molding machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (120V unassisted, up to 480V assisted).
- Perform material changeovers and ensure proper raw material management.
- Maintain preventative maintenance records and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Train lower-level technicians on troubleshooting and repair procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma/GED required; formal technical training preferred.
- 5-10 years of industrial maintenance experience, including recent injection molding.
- Strong hydraulics/electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience reading and understanding technical manuals and using CMMS systems.
- Ability to use cranes, hoists, and various measurement tools.
