We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Labware Associate to support pharmacy operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment. Position Summary

As a Labware Associate, you will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and organizing laboratory equipment, workspaces, and supplies to support daily pharmacy operations. Your work will help ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant environment while enabling production teams to deliver high-quality products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain laboratory equipment, glassware, reusable containers, and small equipment
  • Perform routine cleaning of laboratory and production areas, including floors, countertops, workstations, storage areas, and common touchpoints
  • Manage the collection, storage, and disposal of laboratory waste in accordance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Organize and maintain laboratory supplies and equipment for efficient daily operations
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and laboratory materials and report replenishment needs
  • Support equipment maintenance by coordinating routine servicing and identifying repair needs
  • Distribute cleaned equipment and supplies to production staff as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
  • Assist with process improvements and maintain an organized, contamination-free work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to support daily operational goals and workflow


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Pharmacy Technician license is a plus but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing approximately 30–70 pounds
  • Comfortable working around cleaning agents and laboratory materials while following safety procedures
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including passing respirator fit testing when required
