Recourse Communications has partnered with a leading commercial glazing contractor to find an experienced Glazing Project Manager to join their team. The Role:

You’ll manage projects from contract award through close-out, overseeing budgets, schedules, and site coordination while ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, designers, and subcontractors. You’ll make critical decisions, manage field operations, and mentor junior staff.


What You’ll Do:

• Full project ownership—financials, scheduling, documentation, and client communication

• Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, designers, and subcontractors

• Conduct material takeoffs, fabrication releases, and field layouts

• Oversee RFI’s, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close-out documentation

• Maintain accurate records and project logs

• Manage multiple projects at varying stages of completion

• Supervise and mentor assistant project managers or project engineers

• Foster a safety-first, team-oriented project culture


What You’ll Bring:

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 5-10+ years of project management experience in storefront, curtainwall, sunshades, and ACM panels

• Proven track record managing $1M+ projects

• Strong understanding of construction means/methods, estimating, accounting, and document control

• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings

• Experience with Autodesk Build, Glazier Studio, Sage, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel, and Word

• LEED certification knowledge preferred

• Excellent communication and client relations skills

• Previous team management experience is a plus
