- Oversee and optimize electro-coating processes to ensure the highest quality of finish.
- Handle complex chemicals and conduct rigorous quality tests and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards, managing hazardous materials with expertise.
Who You Are:
- A skilled technician with 8 years in industrial painting or an approved journeyman card.
- A vigilant operator, ready to respond to and manage chemical processes and spills.
