We're seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our maintenance team. If you have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel-powered equipment, this is an opportunity to put your expertise to work with a company that values safety, quality, and professional growth.


What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on trucks, heavy equipment, trailers, or fleet vehicles.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify effective repair solutions.
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Document inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to minimize equipment downtime.


What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 7+ years of experience repairing and maintaining diesel engines.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
  • Knowledge of diesel engine systems, hydraulics, brakes, electrical systems, and drivetrains.
  • Ability to read and interpret service manuals and repair documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical school or vocational training in Diesel Technology.
  • Experience working on medium-duty or heavy-duty trucks, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, or commercial fleets.
  • CDL and/or ASE certifications are a plus but not required.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and more with assistance when needed.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to safely operate shop equipment and tools.
