Do you have a knack for precision and problem-solving? We’re hiring Die Repair Technicians to ensure the smooth operation of industrial dies and tooling. If you have experience in machine tool operation and die maintenance, this is your chance to join an industry leader in manufacturing excellence.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will repair and maintain dies using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and shapers. You will measure, examine, and test dies to detect defects and ensure they meet required specifications. Aligning and securing holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials will be essential for accurate machining. Throughout the fabrication process, you will monitor die accuracy to maintain precision and quality. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents will guide your work, allowing you to determine dimensions, tolerances, and appropriate materials for die repair. Using precision instruments, you will verify conformance to specifications, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 2-5 years of experience in die maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to determine causes of operating errors and implement solutions.
- Knowledge of machines, tools, and mechanical/electrical systems.
- Experience with design techniques, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Physical capability to lift, bend, kneel, and work with precision tools.

Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (4:30 PM on OT days)
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM (1:30 AM on OT days)
- 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Starts at 7:00 PM on OT days)
