What You’ll Do:
- Manage a protected sales territory in the vibrant and expanding Naples area.
- Sell and rent landscape and nursery equipment—from lawn mowers to excavators—to commercial clients.
- Receive qualified leads from the company and work to build trusted, long-term customer relationships.
- Use CRM tools and checklists to guide and document your sales process.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Represent the company at 1–2 major trade shows annually in Orlando or Fort Lauderdale and attend 6–8 local events throughout the year.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless, professional buying process.
- Stay sharp—continually grow your product, market, and industry knowledge.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record
- High school diploma or GED.
- Outgoing, personable, and hungry to build lasting relationships.
- Knowledge of construction equipment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- A desire to grow within the company—this role has promotional opportunities.
