Senior CNC Machinist – Advanced Multi-Axis Work
$34–$40/hr | 1st Shift | High-Precision Environment

An established precision shop is looking for a highly skilled CNC Machinist III who can take ownership of complex jobs, optimize programming strategies, and mentor developing machinists.
This is not a button-pushing role. You’ll:
- Lead advanced multi-axis machining projects
- Develop sophisticated programming strategies
- Design custom fixturing solutions
- Apply advanced lathe and 5-axis concepts
- Influence quoting, process improvements, and equipment decisions
We’re seeking someone with strong multi-axis programming experience, deep GD&T knowledge, and the confidence to work independently with minimal oversight.
