- Serve as a liaison between customers and our client, providing a positive and professional experience
- Connect with customers face-to-face at pop-up events and partner retail locations
- Learn customer needs and confidently recommend services that are the right fit
- Clearly explain service options, promotions, and account information
- Guide customers through a simple and seamless enrollment and account setup process
- Build genuine customer relationships while representing our client's brand professionally
- Work toward individual and team performance goals with ongoing coaching and support
