Student Loan Debt Counselor (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Fairport, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday
• 3 daytime shifts (8 hrs, flexible start/end)
• 2 evening shifts: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST
• Optional Saturday mornings
Pay
- Student Loan Debt Counselor:$20.00/hr
- Senior Student Loan Debt Counselor:$23.00–$25.00/hr
- (Senior level requires 3rd-party collections experience and proof of $75K+ annual earnings)

Role Summary
Use a consultative, customer-focused approach to help consumers resolve delinquent student loan accounts. This is a high-volume call center role (125–200 calls/day) ideal for motivated professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess financial situations and present resolution options
- Meet daily and monthly collection goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards
- Work effectively in a hybrid call-center environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (degree preferred)
- Prior collections or student loan experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and computer skills
- Ability to work onsite 3 days/week
- Ability to obtain required licensure and security clearance
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (3+ years)
