In this key role, you’ll drive the growth of Interface IP and Security business, building strategic customer relationships and capitalizing on exciting opportunities. About the Role:
As Sr. Manager/Director of Silicon IP Sales, you will develop and grow the company’s Interface IP and Security business, ensuring the achievement of sales targets by developing and maintaining customer accounts. Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop growth plans for strategic accounts.
  • Achieve revenue, gross margin, and design win goals.
  • Forecast demand and revenue to meet targets.
  • Execute innovative sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Maintain existing relationships and pursue new accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for account strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and align product development.
  • Build senior-level relationships internally and externally.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Education: BSEE required, MSEE preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in semiconductor sales, customer engagement, or field marketing, with a focus on IP and security.
  • Industry Expertise: Practical experience selling semiconductor IP, Foundry, or ASIC products.
  • Specialization: Experience with SerDes, memory, security IP, and services.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to forecast, manage sales funnels, and meet/exceed revenue goals.
  • Networking: Strong pre-existing executive relationships in semiconductor industry
  • Skills: Excellent project management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Sales Tools: Proficient in Salesforce.com and other sales management tools.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and maintain accounts
