Retail Sales & Merchandising Supervisor
A leading technology retailer is seeking a motivated Retail Sales & Merchandising Supervisor to lead a team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experience.
Salary $60,000.00
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Oversee merchandising, promotional displays, freight, and inventory.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team development.
- Lead opening and closing procedures and serve as manager-in-charge when needed.
- Support loss prevention and overall store operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.
- Experience with sales goals, merchandising, and inventory.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
