The Nurse will support daily clinical operations and resident care within a multi-service senior living environment. This role includes assisting leadership with care coordination, supervising care staff, conducting resident assessments, and ensuring high standards of care delivery aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Provide direct nursing care and oversight of resident services
- Assist with care planning and ongoing resident assessments
- Supervise and support caregiving staff
- Ensure compliance with care standards, policies, and regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
- Active RN or LPN license in Rhode Island
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living (new graduates considered)
- Knowledge of resident care planning and assisted living practices
- Understanding of end-of-life care and advanced directives
- Current CPR, First Aid, and Heimlich certification
- Familiarity with state regulations and quality care standards
