What You’ll Do:

• Optimize injection molding and extrusion processes for stability, efficiency, and quality.
• Apply scientific molding techniques to enhance consistency and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot, refine, and automate production processes to improve cycle times.
• Establish and maintain process controls in collaboration with the quality team.
• Conduct testing, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot molding and extrusion issues.
• Document process changes and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3+ years of injection molding experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of processing various plastics through several types of injection molding and extrusion machines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software and AutoCAD.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective multi-tasker with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of tool design and mass production methods.
• Experience using measurement equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
