What You’ll Get
- Starting Pay:$48,650–$52,000
- Sign-On Bonus:
- $4,000 for current DCJS-certified Jail Officers
- $2,000 for new recruits (paid in two stages)
- Paid Academy Training: 13–17 weeks

What You’ll Do
- Maintain safety and security within the facility
- Enforce rules and procedures fairly and consistently
- Support rehabilitation and provide guidance to inmates

Qualifications
- No prior experience required — we provide training
- Current DCJS certification is a plus, but not required
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism
- Must be able to multi – task in a fast paced environment
