We're hiring an experienced Fleet Mechanic to maintain and repair a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment. If you're the type of technician who enjoys working on everything from pickup trucks and diesel trucks to heavy equipment, generators, hydraulics, and small engines, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work in a professional, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Work On

  • Light-duty and heavy-duty trucks
  • Diesel and gasoline engines
  • Tractors and utility equipment
  • Commercial mowing equipment and small engines
  • Generators and powered equipment
  • Hydraulic systems
  • Braking, steering, suspension, and drivetrain systems
  • Electrical systems, starters, alternators, batteries, and lighting


What You'll Do

  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled services.
  • Complete engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, and drivetrain repairs.
  • Troubleshoot diesel and gasoline engine performance issues.
  • Repair and replace hydraulic components.
  • Perform tire mounting, balancing, and repairs.
  • Complete welding and light fabrication projects as needed.
  • Respond to roadside service calls when necessary.
  • Test equipment to ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of fleet, diesel, automotive, or heavy equipment repair experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience with diesel and gasoline-powered equipment.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, brake, and suspension systems.
  • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
  • Technical or vocational training is preferred.
  • CDL Class B with air brake endorsement is preferred (or ability to obtain if required).
  • Must provide your own basic hand tools.
