What You’ll Do:

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems (up to 480V), HVAC, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Assist with facility improvement projects, including system upgrades.
• Train lower-level Facility and Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.

• High school diploma/GED required; technical certification in electrical or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of facility maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Certified Electrician preferred.
• Strong electrical expertise, including experience working with voltages up to 480V.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and using CMMS systems.
