District Manager

They’re on the hunt for a driven District Manager to run the day-to-day, lead teams, and keep operations sharp, safe, and customer focused. What You’ll Do
- Monitor operating metrics and improve processes, procedures, and performance.
- Ensure safety and compliance with Company, OSHA, and other regulations.
- Conduct root cause investigations for injuries and incidents, ensuring consistent discipline and retraining.
- Oversee personnel selecting, coaching, disciplining, and training, and evaluating performance. Provide input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
- Formulate goals and action plans in conjunction with senior management.
- Participate in regular P&L reviews to ensure budgets are met and develop programs for optimal equipment utilization and cost management.
- Interact with local city, municipal, and county agencies to ensure customer satisfaction and negotiate contracts.
- Resolve employee relations and labor relations issues.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a manager.
- Experience managing CDL Drivers and/or heavy truck drivers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in the waste industry in management role
- CDL Preferred
