Recourse Communications has partnered with North America's largest Kubota dealership group to find a hungry, personable Commercial Sales Representative ready to build a thriving book of business in a booming territory. If you're relationship-driven, goal-oriented, and excited to sell premium equipment backed by a top-tier brand—this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Receive sales leads through the CRM system and plan your day to maximize productivity
  • Build strong relationships with customers and prospects by being a trusted advisor
  • Sell new and used agriculture and construction equipment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
  • Spend most days in the field identifying, visiting, and calling on potential clients
  • Attend events, meet clients for lunch, and engage in community outreach to drive sales
  • Take ownership of your territory and grow your customer base through proactive outreach
  • Participate in hands-on training and shadowing with experienced sales reps
  • Attend Kubota University to learn equipment functionality, mechanics, and operation
  • Enjoy a mix of field work and office days to manage leads, follow up, and strategize

What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding goals
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Outgoing, personable, and hungry to succeed
  • Knowledge of construction and/or agriculture equipment
