Recourse Communications is partnering with is partnering with a leading equipment provider to find a Customer Account Manager who thrives on building long-term customer relationships, knows the construction equipment market, and is ready to own their territory. What You’ll Do:
- Manage a protected sales territory
- Call on construction businesses to grow and maintain strong relationships.
- Receive and follow up on company-provided leads, while actively prospecting for new clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and rental goals using proven CRM tools, Facebook, and other sources.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and even client dinners.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth and professional buying process.
- Stay sharp—continually grow your product, market, and industry knowledge.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record, preferably in construction/agriculture equipment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Outgoing, personable, and hungry to build lasting relationships.
- Knowledge of construction equipment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- A desire to grow within the company—this role has promotional opportunities.

- Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
- Earnings Support: Up to $3,000/month during your first 3 months

Schedule:
Monday–Friday + ½ Day Saturdays
