A privately owned senior care community is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced CNAs and newly certified nursing assistants looking to build a rewarding healthcare career in a supportive environment. Paid training and mentorship are available for newly certified candidates.
This campus offers a variety of care settings, allowing CNAs to gain valuable experience in:
- Assisted Living
- Memory Care Assisted Living
- Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation
Responsibilities
- Provide residents with daily personal care assistance while promoting dignity and independence
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support residents with meals, hydration, and social engagement
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Help create a safe, clean, and positive living environment
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification required
- Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
