A respected leader in the commercial building services industry is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow new business throughout Dade and Broward Counties
If you're a true hunter with experience selling facility or building services, this is an excellent opportunity to represent a broad portfolio of solutions while building long-term relationships with commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with property managers, building owners, REITs, and facility leaders.
- Conduct client meetings and facility walkthroughs.
- Present customized solutions and manage the sales process from prospecting through closing.
- Partner with operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Facility maintenance & support
- HVAC oversight and preventive maintenance
- Building monitoring and emergency response
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling building services, janitorial, facility management, maintenance, HVAC, or related services.
- Proven ability to generate new business.
- Strong consultative sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
