Recourse Communications Inc. (RCI) is proud to partner with a leading financial services organization to find Brokerage Operations Processors to support a major new project within the firm’s growing Operations team.
What You’ll Do
You will be part of the Brokerage Operations team, ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of brokerage transactions and client account activities. You’ll play a key role in supporting independent financial professionals nationwide, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a Monday–Friday, in-office role (four days onsite and one remote) with shift options of 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. EST or 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. EST. The position begins with a structured Training Class starting November 3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, process, and follow up on a variety of brokerage account transactions and service requests.
- Support financial professionals, clearing firms, and internal partners.
- Cross-train across operational areas to support your team and ensure consistent coverage.
- Stay current on industry regulations, firm policies, and process updates.
- Contribute to a positive, client-focused culture by maintaining accuracy, accountability, and collaboration in every task.
Qualifications:
There are several opportunities for Brokerage Operations Specialists. Therefore, candidates will be placed in a specific role based on individual strengths, experience, and interest areas.
· 2–3 years of relatable or transferable experience; financial services or brokerage operations experience preferred.
· High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
· Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Team-oriented and client-focused with a strong customer-service mindset.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and ability to learn internal systems such as Salesforce, NetX360, and Front-End Imaging (FEI).
· Ability to acquire and retain knowledge of securities industry rules and best practices regarding brokerage account operations.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· FINRA SIE or Series 7 license preferred.
