Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)

We’re looking for dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing team in North and South Carolina. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to support children aged 2-14.
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Participate in center meetings, regional meetings, and virtual office collaborations.

What You Bring:
  • Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • BCBA certification (or in the process of obtaining certification).
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for helping children with autism and their families thrive.
  • Commitment to high-quality, ethical care and innovation in behavioral therapy.

What You’ll Get:
  • Flexible Schedules: Choose between a 4-day workweek or a traditional Monday-Friday schedule in NC; SC schedules are Monday-Friday, 8 am-5pm or 9am – 5pm.
