Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to support children aged 2-14.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.
- Participate in center meetings, regional meetings, and virtual office collaborations.
What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- BCBA certification (or in the process of obtaining certification).
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for helping children with autism and their families thrive.
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical care and innovation in behavioral therapy.
What You’ll Get:
- Flexible Schedules: Choose between a 4-day workweek or a traditional Monday-Friday schedule in NC; SC schedules are Monday-Friday, 8 am-5pm or 9am – 5pm.
