Automation / Robotics Technician

Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site
Overview
We are seeking an Automation / Robotics Technician to support a highly automated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with advanced systems— approximately 90% of your time will be spent troubleshooting, programming, and maintaining robots and PLCs.
What You’ll Do
- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic systems and PLCs
- Support automation systems including servo, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Test and validate system performance using diagnostic tools
- Assist with installation, calibration, and continuous improvement of automated equipment
- Train team members on robotic systems and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with robotics and PLC programming/troubleshooting
- Background in electromechanical systems, automation, or industrial maintenance
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
- Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with manufacturing or automated environments preferred
