What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage projects across healthcare, higher education, K-12, and high-end self-storage sectors
- Deliver design leadership from concept through completion
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and interdisciplinary coordination
- Represent the firm with clients, stakeholders, and community partners
- Drive business development opportunities and expand into new markets
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients while strengthening long-term relationships
What You Need
- Licensed Architect (AIA) with 10+ years of experience
- Strong project management background
- Experience — or natural aptitude — for business development
- Ability to lead design, coordinate teams, and maintain project accountability
- A community-minded professional with established local connections preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; additional software experience a plus
