Advisor Support Specialists

Recourse Communications Inc. (RCI) is proud to partner with a leading financial services organization to identify Advisor Support Specialists who will provide exceptional service and operational support to more than 11,000 Financial Professionals nationwide.


What You’ll Do

As a key member of the customer-facing team, you’ll handle incoming inquiries, research and resolve account issues, and help ensure every interaction delivers a best-in-class experience. This is a Monday–Friday, in-office role (four days onsite and one remote) with shift options of 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. EST or 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. EST. The position begins with a structured Training Cass starting November 3.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive, high-quality support via phone and email to Financial Professionals.
  • Research and resolve account maintenance, transfers, and transaction requests.
  • Learn and support a variety of financial products and systems.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail in every interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service or call-center experience (financial services preferred).
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort navigating multiple systems.
  • FINRA SIE or Series 7 licenses preferred.
